Services to employers include: finding and placing the best available temporary and "permanent" workers; payrolling temporary and long-term workers; and recruiting, screening, and processing applications for entry, mid-level, and high-level openings.
Services to job seekers include: assistance in finding and filling temporary and "permanent" jobs; help in presenting their skills and experiences in the best possible light to employers, and gaining experience through a variety of work assignments.

Job Seekers are encouraged to first register online at www.penski.com. The staff can then respond better when a job seeker e-mails or calls.
Penski, Inc. has helped hundreds of North Country employers find the best available jobs. Over the last 30+ years we have been a part of the success of dozens of firms as their workers helped increase productivity, profits, and quality.
The cost to employers varies by type of Staffing Solution. It may be as low as a several hundred dollars a year for payrolling services to thousands of dollars for a placement fee for a high level manager or executive. Note: there is no cost to give us an opening. We only charge fees if we fill the opening.

No. While we will do what we can to find jobs for every qualified job seeker, we cannot guarantee that every job seeker will find work.
Register on www.penski.com. It is free and there is a good chance that if you have skills that an employer could use that our staff can help you land a job. Try several short-term assignments to gain experience, prove your reliability and skills, and “get a foot in the door.” Most of the workers we place end up being hired by our customers.
There are a few things you can do to increase your chances. First, make sure that your online information is up-to-date and accurate. Next, stay current with our online job posts. Check frequently to make sure that you've expressed interest in multiple posts. Last, check out our “recommended reading” section and make sure that you following all of the guidelines there.
